We seek a Lead Software Engineer to define and build the next generation of project management, commissioning, and field-enablement tools used by the world’s largest contractors and owners. You will ship full-stack applications that process massive field data, including videos, images, forms, and IoT outputs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience shipping full-stack web and mobile apps.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data and IoT inputs.
• Proven leadership of small engineering teams.
• Strong UX for field-facing workflows.
• Cloud and containerized infrastructure proficiency.
• BA/BS in CS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of full-stack applications powering project management and field data capture.
• Build web and mobile tools for uploading videos, images, IoT readings, and structured forms.
• Develop high-performance UIs for large-scale datasets.
• Architect backend services for rapid data ingestion and review at enterprise scale.
• Collaborate across product, design, backend, CV/ML, and platform teams.
