Job summary

Doxel is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to define and build the next generation of project management, commissioning, and field-enablement tools used on mega-projects. You will design full-stack applications handling massive field data volumes—videos, images, forms, and IoT outputs—and create fast, intuitive workflows for both office and field teams.

You will partner with product, design, backend, CV/ML, and platform teams to translate AI and data systems into polished user experiences, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Experience with modern full-stack frameworks such as Nuxt.js or Next.js.
• Backend experience with TypeScript, Python, or Java, including API development.
• Experience architecting applications handling multimodal datasets and IoT data.
• UX design for field-facing or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and containerized infrastructure.
• Ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications for project management and field data capture.
• Build web and mobile tools for uploading videos, images, forms, IoT readings, and issue docs.
• Develop high-performance UIs for complex data streams and large datasets.
• Architect backend services and APIs for enterprise-scale data ingestion and processing.
