Job summary

England-Thims & Miller, Inc. seeks a Project Administrator (PA) to oversee CEI services on assigned highway and bridge projects in Florida.

The PA will interpret plans, contract provisions, and specifications, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with the SPE as needed to resolve challenges and align with client goals. Qualifications

• Eight years of CEI or roadway/bridge construction experience required.
• Two years of engineering experience on transportation projects acceptable.
• Relevant certifications listed below preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner’s representative, prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Exercise professional judgment with concurrence from the SPE.
• Proactively resolve project issues and communicate updates to clients.
• Manage assigned staff and ensure project documentation is complete.
• Oversee change orders, supplemental agreements, work orders, and payments.
• Maintain plans, specs, shop drawings, and material requirements for contract compliance.
• Lead project meetings with clients, contractors, utilities, agencies, and the public.
• Review and/or prepare progress and final estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
