Job summary

GFT seeks a Project Administrator for its Construction Management and CEI group in the Treasure Coast, Port St. Lucie, FL area.

The role will support maintenance of project records and interface with Owner, Contractor, and inspection staff across the Treasure Coast, Palm Beach, and Okeechobee regions. Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree with 2 years of CEI construction experience or eight years non-degreed with two years in major road/bridge projects; CTQP certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree plus two years of engineering experience in constructing major road or bridge structures.
• For non-degreed personnel eight years of responsible engineering experience, two years in major road or bridge construction.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of construction project records per FDOT procedures.
• Interface with Owner, Contractor, and inspection staff; review of plans, documents, and submittals.
• Review daily inspection reports and quantity computations; oversee CEI services.
