Job summary

England-Thims & Miller, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator (PA) to oversee Construction and Inspection (CEI) services on assigned projects in Florida.

The PA will ensure compliance with contract documents, independently address project challenges, and coordinate with the Senior Project Engineer to align with client goals while maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract provisions.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of CEI or roadway or bridge construction experience.
• Two (2) years of engineering experience in transportation projects may substitute for CEI experience.
• A master’s degree may substitute for one year of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Owner, prioritizing public safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Senior Project Engineer and project team.
• Lead project meetings with clients, contractors, utilities, agencies, and the public.
• Review and prepare progress and final estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
