Job summary

EXP Services Inc. in Florida is seeking a Project Administrator to lead CEI construction administration on transportation projects, ensuring delivery and compliance with FDOT standards. The role includes directing administrative and field staff and overseeing documentation and estimates.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management, with a Florida PE license preferred. A Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction degree required or preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida preferred.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of CEI construction administration.
• Direct and assign work to administrative and field staff.
• Provide leadership and guidance throughout transportation construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage progress estimates and final estimates.
• Exercise independent judgment in resolving project issues and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with FDOT standards, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and construction records.
• Communicate effectively with FDOT representatives, contractors, consultants, and project team members.
