LJA Transportation seeks a CEI Project Administrator to manage FDOT and local government transportation contracts, including roadways, bridges and related structures. You will ensure contract compliance, collaborate with field and office teams, and support proposals and project documentation.

The role requires 8+ years in related engineering with 2+ years on major road or bridge projects, strong communication, and leadership capabilities for supervising inspectors and staff across the CEI team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills demonstrated in written and verbal form.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, agencies and team members.
• 8+ years of related engineering experience, including 2+ years in construction of major road or bridge structures.
• Supervision and responsible charge of two or more CEI Inspectors and other CEI team members.

Aufgaben

• Receive general instructions regarding assignments from the CEI Sr. Project Engineer.
• Exercise initiative and independent judgment in evaluating and addressing issues.
• Organize, communicate with, collaborate with, and provide input, direction and scheduling for other team members based on project understanding.
• Assist in all phases of construction and coordinate with Contractors and Clients.
• Be responsible for progress and final estimates, preparation of contract modifications, project documentation and sampling/testing.
• Assist in review of plans and construction documents and in preparing written proposals and oral presentations.
