Qualifications

• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers and design firms.
• Own relationships end to end and manage the pursuit pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.
• Coordinate proposals with engineering, scope and pricing; follow up to close.
• Represent the company at industry events and pre-bid meetings; report pipeline and results monthly.
