As our Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by generating qualified leads, building strategic relationships, and creating opportunities with construction clients across key market sectors. In this role, you will identify prospective clients, develop and execute business development strategies, manage outreach efforts, coordinate networking activities, and cultivate long-term partnerships that support the company’s operational goals.
You will collaborate closely with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership teams to identify target opportunities, understand client needs, and position the company as a trusted construction partner. You’ll maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, track business development activities, support proposal and presentation efforts, and ensure a seamless transition from opportunity development to project pursuit.
Experienced business development professionals may lead market-specific growth initiatives, represent the company at industry events, and contribute to strategic planning that strengthens market presence and client engagement.
