Job summary

Accounting Career Consultants, a growth-focused recruitment firm in St. Louis, seeks a Construction Business Development Account Manager. You will drive growth by developing new client relationships, identifying hiring needs, and becoming a trusted recruiting partner in the St.

Louis construction market. Responsibilities include prospecting, client meetings, and presenting our direct-hire recruiting services while collaborating with recruiters to close opportunities and deliver measurable

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, recruiting, or another client-facing role.
Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Comfortable initiating conversations with executives and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Develop new business through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach.
Identify decision-makers and hiring needs in the construction space.
Schedule client meetings in-person or via Zoom.
Build relationships with hiring managers and executives to win direct-hire searches.
Present recruiting capabilities and value of our services to clients.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand market and fill client searches.
