Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Active Life Insurance License within 12 months and ongoing education for licensing.
• Ability to work on Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads a branch team to drive new revenue by identifying customer needs and Regions solutions.
• Conducts outside sales to generate new business and grow existing relationships.
• Educates customers about Regions products and digital tools to improve financial wellness.
• Coaches branch associates through Regions’ Sales, Service and Coaching process (iConnect).
• Provides coaching to strengthen product knowledge and identify customer needs.
• Explains Regions Consumer and Business products including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
