DZ Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Bookkeeper to own financial record-keeping and project accounting using QuickBooks. You will manage WIP, cost allocations, and ensure budgets stay on track across active builds.

Collaboration with the Project Management team is essential to produce monthly statements, cash flow projections, and ensure accurate payroll and lien-related processes across multiple projects.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, with construction industry focus preferred.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop Contractor Edition or QuickBooks Online Advanced.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and job costing.

Aufgaben

• Advanced Job Costing: allocate expenses to project phases and track costs vs budgets.
• Full-Cycle AP/AR: process billings, retainage, lien waivers, 1099s.
