• Experience in construction accounting or project accounting.
• Hands-on with AIA progress billings, certified payroll, AR/AP.
• Knowledge of retainage, change orders, and subcontractor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress billing packages and retainage tracking.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities and collections.
• Process certified payroll records and reporting.
• Handle accounts payable and vendor/subcontractor payments.
• Maintain project compliance records (certificates, lien waivers, W-9s).
• Support union payroll administration and wage reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate billing, payroll, and job costing.
• Assist with financial tracking and reporting for active projects.
