FBi Buildings is seeking an experienced Post-Frame Foreman to lead a crew in the La Salle, IL area. This hands-on role focuses on building post-frame structures with a strong emphasis on carpentry, teamwork, and safety.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with a company truck, overtime, bonuses, and full benefits. We're looking for leaders who can work alongside the crew, read blueprints, and manage daily production across LaSalle, Peru, and other northern Illinois communities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a construction crew on post-frame projects.
• Strong carpentry and framing knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a construction crew.
• Work hands-on with the crew on site from ground up.
• Lead construction of post-frame, agricultural, commercial, and wood-framed buildings.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment daily.
• Set daily production goals and maintain crew momentum.
