Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Construction, mechanical contracting, or service industry accounting experience.
• Experience with billing and invoicing processes.
• WIP (Work-in-Progress) accounting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect work order and project information from Project Managers.
• Compile billing data and generate customer invoices.
• Manage construction and service-related billing activities.
• Assist with WIP reporting and project accounting functions.
• Support billing cycle improvements and invoicing efficiency.
• Expand into AP, AR, and additional accounting responsibilities over time.
