Job summary

Cleveland Electric Company is seeking a Billing Specialist to partner with Project Managers and ensure timely billings. In-office role based in Atlanta, GA, full-time.

You will prepare T&M, GMP and AIA billings, review invoices, organize documentation, and maintain compliance with company policies. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a role including billing functions.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Attention to detail to minimize errors.
• Experience in Bluebeam preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare T&M, GMP and AIA billings per contract specifications.
• Processes billing in a timely manner and in accordance with customer billing requirements.
• Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
• Organize and file appropriate documentation in the Job Folders, including copies of outside platform invoices, purchase orders, lien waivers, and other billing information
• Maintain familiarity with and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
