LB Contract Supply in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our commercial construction relationships across the DFW area. This is a full-time outside sales role focused on active outreach, relationship building, and securing new business opportunities.

You will attend job walks and industry events, make outbound calls to contractors and developers, visit sites, and follow up on bids and leads.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet new people and build relationships.
• Willing to make outbound calls and visits to sites.
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Manage follow-up and stay organized.
• Experience in commercial construction or related industries is a plus.
