Qualifications

• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to construction industry.
• Developed network of contractors, owners, or design firms in the market.
• Pipeline management: forecastable and honest.
• Comfortable discussing specs and schedules with superintendents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms.
• Own relationships end to end; track permits and bid boards.
• Qualify and pursue opportunities; run pursuit pipeline in CRM from first contact to signed agreement.
• Coordinate proposals with engineering: scope, pricing, qualifications, and follow‑up.
• Represent the company at industry associations, pre‑bid meetings, and client events; report pipeline and results monthly.
