Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen seeks an Audit Director or Manager to join the Carolantaville Construction team. This in-office role can sit in Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, or Nashville, working with CLA's construction clients to bring clarity to their businesses.

The candidate will lead engagement planning, staffing, and delivery, driving value for clients while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality audits. CPA required; 6+ years in a major firm preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• CPA license certification is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving and client advisory skills.
• Ability to help clients' businesses succeed strategically.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of construction industry engagements.
• Lead engagement planning and staffing to ensure efficient operations and value for clients.
• Direct engagement progress and communicate material decisions to the Engagement Principal.
