CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP is seeking an Audit Director or Manager to join the Carolantaville Construction team in an in-office role across Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, or Nashville. You will manage all phases of construction-audit engagements, lead staffing and planning, and deliver value to clients while guiding staff and ensuring timely, compliant engagements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, a CPA, and at least six years in a large firm, with a proven leadership track

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA license/certification is required.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work with clients to drive results.

Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and control all phases of construction-industry assurance engagements.
Lead staffing, budgeting, and engagement progress; communicate with Engagement Principal.
Supervise preparation and discussion of engagement letters; estimate fees with clients.
Evaluate internal controls and audit programs and present findings for approval.
Monitor engagement progress, deadlines, and time budgets; provide client management attention.
