Job summary

BL Harbert International LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, management, and financial outcomes for construction projects in Savannah, GA.

The ideal candidate will coordinate design drawings, project specifications, and contractual requirements while ensuring safety, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. Relocation willingness and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction management, buildings and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, engineering, or comparable degree required.
• Knowledge of state and local permitting procedures and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Organize and check subcontractor Pay Apps for content and accuracy.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate subcontractor and supplier change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
