Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience with project budgeting and pricing.
• 2+ years in construction; projects up to $2.5M in scope.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with project management tasks.
• Help manage and estimate construction projects.
• Review drawings for correctness.
• Prepare bid proposals and gather subcontractor info.
• Support WIP reporting and budget tracking.
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate activities.
• Ensure safety and clean working environment.
• Travel to job site when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Contribute to team efforts.
