Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, project engineering, or project coordination roles.
• Experience supporting large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent construction industry experience may be considered.
• Construction management platforms (Procore, Autodesk, or similar).
• Bluebeam or similar document review software.
• Scheduling software familiarity (Primavera P6 or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams and external partners.
• Manage key documentation such as RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.
• Track deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with budget monitoring, cost reporting, and invoice processing.
• Support procurement efforts and subcontractor oversight.
• Maintain accurate project records and contribute to meetings.
• Monitor schedule progress and support quality control.
