Job summary

BL Harbert International seeks a Project Manager in Nashville, TN to lead project teams, supervise the Assistant Project Manager, and coordinate RFIs, deliveries, and progress documentation across job sites and offices.

The role requires a 4-year degree with relevant experience or equivalent experience, OSHA 10 Hour certification, and strong knowledge of scheduling, contracts, and risk management. This full-time position reports to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant curriculum with at least 3 years of related experience.
• 4-year degree in a non-relevant curriculum with at least 5 years of related experience.
• OSHA 10 Hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Project Manager duties and, in their absence, perform them directly.
• Oversee RFI process.
• Coordinate material deliveries.
• Manage job photos and progress documentation.
• Ensure completion of job close-out requirements.
• Support site safety enforcement.
• Develop, manage and report on schedules.
• Document progress and reporting.
• Control costs and report.
• Enforce risk management parameters set by Project Executive.
• Oversee change management.
