BL Harbert International, LLC is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution of complex government construction projects in Savannah, GA. You will supervise junior staff, manage RFIs/submittals, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

The role emphasizes scheduling, cost control, safety, and continuous coordination with Owners, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

Competenze

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field with 3+ years construction experience; or 5+ years in a non-related field.
• Experience managing federal government construction projects preferred (USACE, NAVFAC).
• Experience with large, complex commercial or government projects preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day administrative and financial execution of federal projects.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Project Managers and staff.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and coordination with design teams and Owner.
• Develop and report project schedule and cost controls.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor relations, and long-lead items.
• Support project closeout, documentation, and safety compliance.
