Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tree industry or a green industry degree.
• ISA Arborist Certification is required.
• Strong tree/plant species identification skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support arborist office crew and maintain workflow.
• Conduct detailed field surveys and process site data.
• Coordinate with customers to prepare tree studies and preservation plans for permits.
• Estimate time and cost for tree removal, pruning, and related services.
• Perform root pruning, erect protection fencing, and other outdoor tasks.
