Job summary

Encore Landscape Management LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor, Arbor (Tree Care) to lead tree care teams and ensure high-quality service for commercial clients. You will schedule, train, and supervise crews, coordinate materials and equipment, and enforce safety and best practices on every job site.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in arboriculture supervision, deep knowledge of tree care techniques, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of arboriculture or tree care supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of tree species, pruning techniques, and plant health care.
• Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating crews and managing multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Proficiency with industry software and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs through effective communication with the account management team.
• Read, write, and comprehend work orders, training manuals, and related literature.
• Ensure job site safety and work quality meet Encore standards.
• Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver quality work.
• Inspect properties, prepare action plans, adjust schedules, and follow up.
