Ella SA Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage project billing and receivables for its underground utilities operations in San Antonio, TX. You will collaborate with Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate billing, contractual compliance, and timely collections.

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, construction accounting, or project billing.
• Experience preparing AIA progress billings or similar construction payments.
• Understanding AR processes, reconciliations, and collections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly AIA progress billings (G702/G703).
• Coordinate with Project Managers and customers to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain project billing schedules and deadlines.
• Manage customer billing portals (GCPay, Procore, Textura).
• Monitor receivables and assist with collections.
• Record and reconcile payments; retainage tracking.
• Track lien notices and compliance documentation.
