Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing
• Construction or Mechanical Service industry experience preferred
• Notary Public is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in accurate and timely job setup and billing
• Create, modify, and maintain job billing templates
• Enter change orders and attach supporting documentation
• Enter labor rate changes and ensure correct coding
• Close out jobs and monitor invoices for timely payment
• Generate AR and billing reports for management review
