Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, headquartered in Conyers, Georgia, seeks an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to support billing for goods and services under contract terms and ensure timely payment.

You will audit billings, manage job setups, change orders, and AR aging reports, while coordinating with project teams and customers to resolve inquiries and maintain accurate financial records. Construction industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AR and Billing processes or similar functions.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accurate and timely job setup.
• Create, modify, and maintain job billing templates.
• Enter change orders and ensure proper support is attached to the job profile.
• Enter labor rate changes when applicable.
• Complete job billings and pay applications timely and accurately with notarization as required.
• Monitor job billing status to minimize underbillings.
• Close out completed jobs and monitor for future invoices to be applied.
• Generate Billing and AR reports for review and analysis.
• Research and respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
