Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for a Norfolk, MA construction-adjacent company. You will lead project billing, collections, and AR management, coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate invoicing and healthy cash flow.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in billing/AR, experience with AIA/progress billing, and familiarity with Sage Intacct. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing and/or accounts receivable experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience with AIA and progress billing strongly preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit AIA billing applications (G702/G703) and progress billings for multiple projects.
• Track and incorporate approved change orders into billing cycles.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to review project progress and percentage-of-completion data.
• Monitor and manage AR, including collections and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with reporting and month-end billing activities.
