W3Global is seeking an organized Accounts Payable Specialist in Farmington Hills, MI to manage AP operations, subcontractor compliance, and job cost tracking. The role requires meticulous recordkeeping, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, and expense reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience processing accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Familiar with three-way matching and PO-based invoicing.
• Experience with subcontractor compliance and COIs is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• Strong recordkeeping and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices using three-way matching against purchase orders and receiving tickets.
• Obtain required project manager or overhead approvals for invoices and expense coding.
• Collect and verify conditional and unconditional lien waivers before subcontractor payments.
• Track joint-check agreements, where applicable.
• Process vendor payment runs through check and ACH.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage 1099 reporting.
