Randstad USA partners with a premier construction company in Delray Beach to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to the finance team on-site. You will handle full-cycle AP, vendor management, and job costing within a fast-growing infrastructure environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in construction-related AP, hands-on with Sage 300, Vista(Viewpoint), or Intel/Intellect, and a sharp eye for detail in a collaborative setting. First shift in-office role.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience (Construction, Civil Engineering, or Asphalt/Paving background strongly preferred!).
• Hands-on proficiency with construction accounting software such as Sage 300, Vista (Viewpoint), or Intel/Intellect (plus solid Microsoft Excel skills).
• Deep understanding of job costing, lien releases, and multi-cost-center allocations.

Job Title: Construction Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Delray Beach, FL (On-site)

Pay Rate: $30 – $32 / hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:0 AM – 5:00 PM

We are partnering with a top-tier company headquartered in Delray Beach to find an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their tight-knit finance team!

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience (Construction, Civil Engineering, or Asphalt/Paving background strongly preferred!).
• Hands-on proficiency with construction accounting software such as Sage 300, Vista (Viewpoint), or Intel/Intellect (plus solid Microsoft Excel skills).
• Deep understanding of job costing, lien releases, and multi-cost-center allocations.
• Sharp eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

salary: $30 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching, coding, and entering high-volume vendor invoices using Sage 300, Vista (Viewpoint), or Intel.
• Manage subcontractor payments, tracking lien waivers, W-9s, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and credit card accounts; research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks, job-costing allocations, and 1099 processing.
• Prepare weekly disbursement runs via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
