Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry or similar
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft software products
• Ability to learn new software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: process subcontractor draws and ensure timely payments
• Payroll: validate hours, deductions, and process payroll accurately
• Coordinate with operations for invoice approvals
• Research past-due invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors
• Complete I-9 forms and E-Verify processes
