Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with the construction industry.
• 4 years of administrative experience in an architectural/engineering/construction firm.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with document workflows during the Construction Administration phase of design projects.
• Coordinate submittal and RFI workflows across platforms, logging, routing, and tracking in the PM system.
• Monitor review timelines and follow up with team members for timely responses.
