Job summary

NexGen, based in Franklin, TN, is seeking a Project Services Coordinator to join the Corporate team. This on-site role supports construction technology platforms, project documentation, and onboarding across NexGen projects.

The ideal candidate will have an associates degree or equivalent (or 4+ years in construction) and strong tech, organization, and communication skills. Up to 20% travel may be required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of 2 years of related construction experience OR 4+ years of relevant construction experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong technology aptitude, organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, governance, and daily operation of construction technology platforms across NexGen projects.
• Create, maintain, and manage project records, user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting to office and field personnel.
• Assist with onboarding activities and system access management.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Assist in training, system communications, and user education initiatives.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and data exports to support project and leadership needs.
• Support trade partner onboarding and compliance verification.
