Burnetts Staffing is seeking a Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s team in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in construction finance or AR and focuses on managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Epicor, Eagle, and QuickBooks, strong Excel skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in construction finance or accounts receivable.
• Experience with construction lien procedures is highly desired.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Proficiency in Epicor, Eagle & QuickBooks software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Our client needs a Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This person needs two to four years of experience in construction finance or accounts receivable and will be responsible for managing the company's receivables process, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and providing superior customer service. Hours

Monday – Friday, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm

NOTE

flex 40 hr. work week, with option for a short Friday, also potential for occasional overtime
