The role involves managing mailing systems, maintaining cost reports, and assisting in HR and payroll activities. The ideal applicant is organized, a team player, and ready to support engineering and project activities. The company offers a competitive salary between $60,000.00 and $67,000.00 per year along with health benefits and paid time off.

Mansioni

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for information.
• Route agreements, contracts, and invoices through signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities.
• Provide assistance to the team as needed.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Plan and organize own work assignments.
