Job summary

The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and able to work well within a team at project sites. This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $60,000 to $67,000 per year, along with health, dental, and life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of working experience with accounting software.
• Excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time.
• Self-oriented, organized, great communicator, and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for information.
• Route agreements, contracts and invoices through the process.
• Assist with HR, Accounting & Payroll activities.
• Collaborate with clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide assistance with research and data entry.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Plan own work assignments and carry out tasks from management.
