Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to employee requests.
• Route agreements, contracts, and invoices through the signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities as needed.
• Work with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide research, data entry, and assistance to the team as needed.
• Organize and prioritize projects and tasks effectively.
• Plan and organize own work assignments, executing management tasks.
