Responsibilities

• Ensure logs are updated correctly with engineers.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for information.
• Properly route agreements and contracts through the signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities.
• Complete assigned tasks collaboratively with other clerks.
• Organize a variety of projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
