Responsibilities

• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Properly route agreements, contracts and invoices.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities.
• Work directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide assistance with research and data entry.
• Organize and prioritize projects and tasks.
• Plan and organize own work assignments.
