Responsibilities
Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
Respond promptly and knowledgeably to employee requests for information and assistance.
Properly route agreements, contracts, and invoices through the signature process.
Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities to ensure accuracy.
Work directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
Provide assistance to the team with research and data entry.
Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and tasks effectively.
Plan and organize own work assignments and manage tasks from management.
