Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processes and invoicing.
• Familiarity with eCMS accounting system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, code, and route electronically scanned invoices for approval in eCMS.
• Prepare, scan, index, and enter vendor invoices and related payments in eCMS.
• Process AP invoice batches and produce checks for multiple entities.
• Send EFT registers to General Accounting and audit vendor statements.
• Provide training and user support for workflow software.
• Travel to company offices and sites as required.
