Qualifications

• 5 years of Accounting experience or a degree with 2 years of experience.
• 5 years of Accounts Payable experience or a degree with 2 years of experience.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.
• QuickBooks Online experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, code, and process invoices accurately and timely.
• Enter invoices into QuickBooks Online and verify job cost allocation.
• Process approximately 150 to 250 invoices per week with accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and office staff about budget inconsistencies.
