Jobot is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Rochester, NY to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting for a construction industry environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, manage inventory accounting, and drive the year-end close with the support of Sage Intacct.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for success. Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in supervision, and a track record in

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting supervisory role.
• Experience in the construction industry and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct or equivalent software.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare aging reports, P&L statements, and other financial reports.
• Manage inventory accounting and ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee HVAC MEP and labor trends analysis and recommendations.
• Lead year-end close and ensure complete financial statements.
• Train and develop the accounting team.
• Utilize Sage Intacct to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies.
