Qualifications

• Working knowledge of BQE CORE project management software.
• Experience processing payroll through ADP.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Project billing and data entry.
• Set up and maintain projects in BQE CORE.
• Process payroll using ADP payroll software.
• Review employee timesheets for payroll processing.
• Generate reports and track project-related financial data.
