Job summary

PRIME is seeking an Accounting Manager to support the Controller, build scalable processes, and strengthen internal controls. You will own reconciliations, reporting, and procedural improvement, driving timely financial results.

The role is hands-on and focused on establishing repeatable, scalable processes across the accounting function. You will partner with the Controller, CFO, and operations teams to enhance data quality, close timelines, and KPI tracking while guiding a small staff and

Qualifications

• BS or BA in accounting required.
• Three to six years of relevant accounting experience.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Accounting management experience.
• Construction accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software; Viewpoint Vista ERP preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for analysis, reconciliation, and data organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements to summarize and forecast financial status.
• Assist management of accounting, auditing and budgeting.
• Assist with audits preparations.
• Establish standardized reconciliation requirements and controls; use software to maintain records and reports.
• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff; delegate tasks.
