Adecco is partnering with a growing operations-focused organization to hire an Accounting Manager who will oversee day-to-day accounting activities and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close.
• ERP systems experience and advanced Excel in high-volume environment.
• Strong accounting principles, internal controls, and reporting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small accounting team, including workload management, coaching, training, and day-to-day oversight
• Oversee general accounting and transactional activities, including account reconciliations, transaction review, account maintenance, and accounts payable
• Participate in month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, account review, and supporting schedules
• Review financial transactions and account activity for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and review reporting related to cash flow, aging, reconciliations, and performance
• Partner with operations and leadership to support financial analysis and process improvements
• Support internal and external audits and internal controls
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reporting
