Qualifications

• Entry-level background acceptable with 0–2 years accounting experience or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices, supporting accounts payable and proper cost-code allocation.
• Maintain vendor and subcontractor records; assist with credit card transactions and reimbursements.
• Support project accounting and job-cost reporting alongside Project Managers.
• Assist with subcontractor payment documentation, lien waivers, compliance requirements, and owner billing as needed.
• Support month-end reconciliations and general accounting duties.
